We can prepare a training manual for your franchise for $6,299. We can generate a lease buildout manual for $8,375. We can help with Initial registrations and help acquire an advertisement identification number, a bond (if needed) a trust account (if needed) with the state for $975.00, plus any filing fees, yearly. Finally we will help you maintain your ongoing updates and disclosures on your FDD for $7,725.00 plus filing fees per year, for the state of Florida. Franchise closing is $2,150.00 per purchased franchise (Walk-in closings additional $275 - $575).
