Governing Law: This Agreement is entered into and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and to be wholly performed in the state of Florida. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Florida and federal and state course having jurisdiction in Hillsborough County in the state of Florida and by the laws of the United States, excluding their conflicts of laws principles.
